Scanlan Contracting has been involved in the construction industry since 1979 designing and installing decks, hot tubs, landscaping, house framing and renovations. Our focus is in home renovations such as kitchens, basements and bathrooms as well as backyard projects like decking and garden structures (cabanas, sheds, arbors, pavilions). Scanlan Contracting takes a complete project management approach by including all necessary sub trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc) thus allowing the homeowner to relate to one person throughout the entire project.
